JAMB Begins Centre Accreditation for 2025 UTME
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has commenced the accreditation process for Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres ahead of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
In a statement by JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the accreditation process was highlighted as a vital step to ensure a smooth examination.
- For New Centres:
Interested CBT centres must visit this link to familiarize themselves with JAMB’s requirements. They are required to notify the Board in writing, addressed to the Registrar via the Zonal Director or State Coordinator. - For Established Centres:
Centres that participated successfully in the 2024 UTME should register their interest through the Centre Management System (CMS) Portal. Accounts for new centres will be created on the portal by Zonal and State Offices.
All centres are required to undergo a mandatory Autobot/Autotest, which will determine their eligibility for a physical accreditation visit in December 2024. Centres failing to meet the criteria during this phase will not proceed further.
Successful centres will be approved for the 2025 UTME registration and examination. This comprehensive accreditation process underscores JAMB’s dedication to maintaining high standards in its examination processes.
