Abuja, Nigeria – March 4, 2025 – The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially entered the final countdown to the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), with just 52 days remaining before the commencement of the nationwide exam on April 25, 2025.
With over 1.6 million candidates already registered, JAMB has reiterated its commitment to conducting a seamless examination process while urging candidates to intensify their preparations.
Registration Deadline Set for March 8
JAMB has also reminded prospective candidates that registration will officially close on March 8, 2025, with no plans for an extension. Candidates who have not yet completed their registration are urged to do so at accredited Computer-Based Test (CBT) centers to avoid missing out.
According to official reports, the registration exercise, which began on February 3, 2025, has witnessed a high turnout, reflecting the increasing number of candidates seeking admission into tertiary institutions across Nigeria. However, JAMB has maintained that there will be no extension beyond the deadline.
