Mock exam reprint slips will be available from Thursday, 28th March 2025. These slips will contain the exam date, time, and CBT centre where each candidate is expected to write the test. All mock candidates are advised to print early and visit their centres ahead of time to avoid any confusion or lateness on exam day.

Main Exam: Just One Month Away

The main UTME will begin on April 25, 2025, and continue until May 5, 2025. That means there’s just about one month left for final preparation. Candidates should be using this time wisely—focusing on revision, CBT practice apps, and exam techniques.

The main exam reprint starts on April 17, 2025. Every candidate must print their exam slip to know their scheduled date, time, and centre. There will be no rescheduling, so take this very seriously.

Profile Login Issues: No Cause for Alarm

JAMB responded to a concern raised by a candidate who used the same email and phone number from 2024 to register for the 2025 UTME and noticed that his profile still displayed the old information. JAMB replied:

“There’s no cause for alarm. That happens because the 2025 platform isn’t yet made available for candidate’s view.”

This message has reassured many candidates who feared they had made a mistake. Once the portal is fully activated for the 2025 session, candidates will be able to view their updated records.

Candidate Laments ₦500 Fee at CBT Centre for Profile Help

A candidate named Chinedu recently shared that he was charged ₦500 at a CBT centre just to help with a profile login issue — only to be shown exactly what he had already tried himself.

This has raised concerns about some CBT centres taking advantage of confused candidates. JAMB urges all candidates to rely on official channels for guidance and not to pay for services that are either unnecessary or unhelpful.

Key Advice for All Candidates

Now is not the time to be distracted. Avoid any illegal or suspicious offers of “expo” or miracle centres. Prepare honestly. Use recommended CBT practice apps, watch tutorials on using the mouse and keyboard during the exam, and stay alert for official updates.

JAMB is working to ensure a smooth and fair examination process for everyone.
