The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates who registered for the 2025 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can now proceed to reprint their exam slips.
The slip reprinting allows candidates to confirm important details such as their mock exam centre, scheduled time, and other instructions for the upcoming practice test.
How to Reprint Your Mock Exam Slip
Candidates are to visit the official JAMB slip printing portal at:
To access the slip, candidates will need to enter one of the following:
- Their JAMB Registration Number
- Email Address used during registration
- Or the Phone Number linked to their JAMB profile
Once entered, clicking the “Print Examination Slip” button will display the mock exam details for printing.
Key Reminders for Mock Candidates
JAMB emphasized that the mock exam will strictly follow the same procedures as the real UTME. Candidates must take note of the following:
- Arrival time is 7:00 a.m., not the exam start time
- Biometric verification begins at 7:25 a.m.
- Latecomers will not be allowed to participate, regardless of the reason
- All banned items such as phones, smartwatches, and electronic devices are prohibited
Mock exam slips will also include guidance on what candidates should bring, such as their printed slip and a simple biro for signing in.
Why the Mock Exam Matters
While the mock exam is optional, it provides a valuable opportunity for candidates to:
- Practice in a real CBT environment
- Build confidence ahead of the main UTME
- Test speed and time management
- Identify weak areas for improvement
The main 2025 UTME is still scheduled to begin on Friday, April 25, 2025, and the mock is expected to help serious candidates prepare effectively.
