Prominent Niger Delta advocate, Jackrich Sobomabo, has hailed Tantita Security Services Limited and its leader, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, for their role in establishing a JAMB Computer-Based Test (CBT) Centre in Ogulagha, Delta State.
The newly inaugurated Sologha Ekpemupolo JAMB CBT Centre is expected to provide students in the region with improved access to computer-based examinations, bridging the gap in educational infrastructure. Sobomabo described the initiative as a game-changer for Niger Delta youths, emphasizing its impact on academic opportunities and community development.
He praised Tompolo and Tantita Security Services for their dedication to youth empowerment, highlighting how the CBT centre will make it easier for students in the area to sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) without having to travel long distances.
“The establishment of this centre is a testament to the commitment of Tompolo and Tantita Security Services in ensuring that Niger Delta youths have access to quality education and the necessary facilities to excel,” Sobomabo stated.
The JAMB CBT centre is equipped with modern facilities to ensure a seamless examination process, aligning with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB) drive for a fully digitized examination system.
The development is seen as a major step towards boosting education in the Niger Delta, with expectations that it will inspire further investments in learning facilities across the region.
