The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially announced a new date for the reprinting of mock examination slips ahead of the 2025 Mock UTME.
Originally scheduled to begin on Monday, April 1, the reprinting process will now commence on Saturday, April 5, 2025, giving the board more time to finalize CBT centre arrangements and other logistics.
The 2025 JAMB mock exam itself remains scheduled for Thursday, April 10, 2025.
How to Reprint the Mock Exam Slip
Candidates who registered for the mock examination can reprint their slips by visiting the official JAMB portal:

To print their slip, candidates will be required to enter either their:
- Registration Number
- Email address, or
- Phone number used during UTME registration.
The slip will contain key information, including:
- Mock exam centre location
- Time and session of the exam
- Candidate instructions and reminders
Candidates are advised to print and keep multiple copies for backup and bring one printed copy to the exam venue.
JAMB Emphasizes Strict Timing and Rules
JAMB has reminded candidates that 7:00 a.m. is the official arrival time, not the start time. Biometric verification will begin at 7:25 a.m., and latecomers will not be allowed to write the mock exam under any circumstances.
The mock exam will be conducted using the same strict standards as the main UTME, and candidates are not allowed to bring in banned items such as:
- Mobile phones
- Calculators
- Smartwatches
- USB devices or electronic gadgets
Candidates are advised to visit their centres a day before, especially if unfamiliar with the location.
Mock Exam Is a Trial, Not for Admission
While the mock UTME does not count toward actual admission, it serves as a practical test to prepare candidates for the real UTME environment. It helps students become familiar with the computer-based testing format, manage time effectively, and reduce anxiety.
The main JAMB UTME is still scheduled to begin on Friday, April 25, 2025, and end on Monday, May 5, 2025.
