2. JAMB Portal Faces Technical Issues During Reprinting

Candidates are advised to refresh their browsers, attempt printing during less busy periods such as early morning or late at night, and ensure they have a stable internet connection.
JAMB is working to stabilize the portal for smoother access.
3. Thumbprint Slip Not Needed on Exam Day
JAMB has reiterated that candidates are not required to bring the thumbprint confirmation slip used during registration to the examination hall.
The only document needed at the CBT centre is the reprinted examination slip showing the candidate’s date, time, and venue.
Biometric verification will be conducted fresh at the exam venue before candidates are allowed to sit for the examination.
4. Candidates Who Lost Registration SIM Cards Advised to Visit JAMB Offices
Candidates who have lost the SIM cards used during their JAMB registration have been advised to visit the nearest JAMB office or an accredited CBT centre.
Affected candidates should request a profile recovery or phone number update and present a valid means of identification.

5. Change of Programme Updates May Take Time
