When Will the Mock Results Be Released?
While monitoring the mock exam at a CBT centre in Bwari, Abuja, the Registrar of JAMB, Professor Ishaq Oloyede, stated that the board had already begun processing the results and that they would be ready by today.
He said:
“They will have the results tomorrow. The results will be ready. We are working on them already, but we want to compare with the second batch and the third batch to ensure everything works well. But by tomorrow, they will have the results.”
This means candidates can expect to begin checking their mock scores today once JAMB finalizes the upload process.
How to Check Your JAMB 2025 Mock Result
Once the results are released, candidates can follow these steps:
- Visit the official JAMB portal: https://portal.jamb.gov.ng
- Log in using your registered email address and password
- Click on “Check Mock Result” on your dashboard
- Your mock result will be displayed on the screen
Note: If JAMB activates SMS result checking, an update will be provided with the correct shortcode and instructions.
Does the Mock Result Count Towards Admission?
No, your mock result has no effect on your final UTME score or your chances of gaining admission. The mock exam is simply a trial exam designed to help candidates:
- Get familiar with the CBT format
- Practice answering questions under exam conditions
- Understand the structure and timing of the UTME
- Help JAMB test their systems and logistics before the main exam
Whether you scored high or low in the mock, your real focus should now be on preparing for the main UTME.

How can i check my result without email and password
Candidates for 9am jamb mock at Sascon International School Abuja did not get to complete the exams. They didn’t start until past 5pm and within 30 minutes of starting the staff told them they want to close for the day. They now automatically submitted for all the candidates and shout down the systems.
