A 2025 UTME candidate, Happiness, has shared her deep frustration after she was unable to write her JAMB exam today at Imo State University (IMSU) due to serious network issues at the CBT centre.

“I am frustrated completely because IMSU had network issues, so we did not write. Then we were told to go and do reprinting again before tomorrow, and that we will be rescheduled somewhere else.”

What Happened at IMSU?

According to Happiness, candidates who arrived early for their scheduled session at the IMSU CBT centre could not write their exam because of technical failure. The centre reportedly suffered from a network breakdown, making it impossible to launch or complete the examination process.

JAMB’s Response: Reprint and Reschedule

Affected candidates were told to:

• Go and reprint their slip again
• Expect to be rescheduled to another centre and possibly a new date
• Return tomorrow if they receive new details via their slip or SMS
