A 2025 UTME candidate, Michelle, has raised an important concern after hearing updates about the rescheduled JAMB exam.
According to her, her examination slip clearly states April 25 as her exam date. With all the updates going around about the UTME starting today, April 24, she wants to be sure whether her exam date has been changed.
“Please it’s urgent. During reprinting, my exam date is April 25. With this update, is my exam going to be on the 25th or 24th?”

The Answer: Your Exam Date Remains the Same as Printed
If your reprinted slip says April 25, that is your official exam date — and it has not changed.
The UTME started today, April 24, but that does not mean all candidates will write on the first day. JAMB schedules exams in batches, and each candidate has their own day and time.
So if your slip says April 25, you are writing on April 25. There’s no need to panic.
