  1. Good morning sir/ma,
    My name is Bobola Ahmed Moses, I first registered for jamb in year 2020 using the following details:
    Phone number: 09071203989
    Email: [email protected]
    Also, I used the above stated details to register for 2021 jamb. However, my phone was stolen afterwards and all effort to retrieve the phone number and the mail proved abortive.
    Resulting from the above, I have been unable to access my jamb portal due to hacked mail, and when I registered for direct entry in jamb office, I was told it cannot be fixed.
    Consequently,I therefore plead to the support team to kindly render necessary assistance in this regard. As new jamb registration form is out and I intend to register for another direct entry,but wish to have access to my account by using another phone number to receive my profile code and login into my jamb account without always visiting jamb centers.
    Please kindly treat this as urgent as possible.

    • Please my brother is experiencing similar issue
      He generated profile code last year with a particular sim
      So the sim got damaged and can’t be retrieved
      He changed his number on his nin profile which has reflected
      The issue is getting the profile code

      How can he go about this?

I wrote jamb 2022 but due to low score,I didn’t process it,I rewrote another one 2024 but when I tried logging into my profile, it’s writing kindly visit the nearest jamb office, I’ve visited them but they’re not giving a valid solution, I’ve tried all I can but all is to no avail….     • I went for registration during my turn they asked if I have done correction on my name and I said yes and the refuse to attend to me even when I told them that my Nin is correct and valid now and they ask me to go and swear affidavit on that my previous mistake even when they have not even touched my Nin to check. They said after the affidavit I should go to Jamb head office . I have my profile code and my E pin

    Where we went to register for jamb which is a jamb office they didn’t register upto 30 people for today and some of us left our houses around 6:30am in the morning and still left without registration.
    Please this issue should be addressed because it’s frustrating and tiring to stand under the sun for hours without achieving the reason you went to jamb office.

  43. I wrote jamb last year(2024) and so I already have a profile code for this years jamb. I purchased my jamb e-pin on the jamb portal and I was debited N8700 and was sent a remita receipt . I haven’t received my e-pin still and on my jamb portal it’s saying the payment is pending and it’s saying something about invalid request.

Now i registered this year (2025) with a different school 2024 (Uniben) 2025 (Unilag) But i checked my portal only to see 2024 and my choices of institution stil the same as said 2024. But i have asked some friends who also wrote last year and they said That thier’s is showing 2025 .Please is here anything i should do And here is my Whatsapp Number:-09157501889 ThankYou.

Good day My name is Adesola Daniel Ademola, I generated my profile code successfully but I don’t know what went wrong with the person that helped bought the jamb epin,at the CBT when they entered it, it’s saying no match for the profile code or pin. When the man was contacted he sent the generated page during the epin purchase. The name shown was ADEOSOLA Daniel instead of Adesola Daniel. I pointed it out to him, he said it doesn’t matter since the nin and the profile code is correct, the should accept and correct it automatically. Kindly help because I’ve not been able to successfully register.
