As the 2025 JAMB mock examination results are being released, some candidates who faced technical problems during the mock are now unable to view their results.
Favour, one of the candidates, shared that at Sascon International School, technical faults affected her exam time.
She was part of the candidates scheduled for 6:30 AM, but delays from faulty systems caused her not to finish before the centre shut down the computers.
Now, she is also unable to see her mock result when trying to check online.
Here’s what you need to know if you are facing a similar situation.
Why Your Mock Result May Not Show
If you experienced serious technical problems during the mock,
such as:
- Faulty computer systems
- Delayed start times
- Incomplete biometric verification
- Or shutdown of computers before you could finish
it is possible that your examination session was not fully recorded in JAMB’s server.
Because of this, your mock result may not be available or uploaded yet.
JAMB’s system can only process and release results for candidates whose biometric verification and exam submissions were fully successful.
What You Should Do
If you cannot see your mock result after trying to check using the “MOCKRESULT” SMS method:
- Stay calm.
- Understand that mock results are not used for admission. They are only to test readiness.
- Focus on preparing for the main UTME exam, which starts on Thursday, 24th April 2025.
There is no separate re-mock or new result if your mock exam was affected by technical issues.
The main UTME is the important exam that will count toward your admission.
