What to Do If You Cannot Print Your JAMB 2025 Exam Slip Immediately

The reprinting portal for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) has officially opened today, Saturday, April 19, 2025.
While many candidates have successfully printed their exam slips, some candidates may experience difficulty printing theirs immediately.

If you are among those who cannot print your slip yet, there is no need to panic.
Here are simple steps you should take.

1. Stay Calm and Patient

Sometimes, the JAMB portal experiences heavy traffic when many candidates try to reprint at the same time.
This can slow down the system or make it difficult for your slip to load immediately.
If this happens, simply wait for a few hours and try again — preferably early in the morning or late at night when traffic is lighter.

2. Confirm You Are Using the Correct Portal

Make sure you are reprinting your slip from the official JAMB portal:

If you are not using the correct link, you might experience errors or see wrong information.
Always double-check the website address before proceeding.

3. Input the Correct Information

Carefully enter your Registration Number, Phone Number, or Email Address exactly as you used during JAMB registration.
If there is any mistake in the information you enter, the system will not find your slip.

4. Try Another Device or Browser

If you are trying from a mobile phone and it is not loading properly, consider switching to a laptop or desktop computer.
Also, trying another browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge might solve the problem.

5. Visit an Accredited CBT Centre

If you are still unable to print after trying everything, simply visit the nearest accredited CBT centre.
They will help you print your slip easily for a small service charge.
Go along with your registration details (registration number, phone number, or email).

Final Advice

Not being able to print your slip immediately does not mean you have any problem with your exam.
It is usually a small technical delay that can be solved easily by trying again or visiting a centre.
